Q:  How to place a furniture order? 
A:  1. After looking at our furniture products catalog, Please provide your preferred furniture size, style, materials, printing , quantity, delivery date etc..
 2. If you want to use the own brand of furniture, please decide whether to provide your artwork or commission us to make the artwork for you. Artwork of Logo or Image   for Imprint in AI format (A.I.10 or above). If artwork provide in other format, the resolution should be 300dpi or above.
 3. If you cannot find a suitable type of furniture on our website, please provide us with the specifications of your preferred furniture type for our separate quotation. We can design the artwork of furniture for you with your idea. (Artwork designing fees may applied)
 4. You can get a sample for reference before confirming an order.
 5. After all basic information have been approved each other, we will issue a Sales confirmation for signing and confirm. Sample before production can provide upon request.

Q:  How many is Your MOQ ?
A: The minimum quantity of order for furniture is one 20ft container, we accept mixed container. 

Q: How much is the Advance Payment?
A: Payment amount under or USD$20,000, we accept 50% deposit in advance; balance amount against notice of Bill of Lading. Amount over USD$20,000, we accept L/C at sight or 40% deposit in advance and balance amount against notice of Bill of Lading. 

Q:  Which Payment Method do you accept ?

Q: Can we order a mix-container?
A: Yes, you can, we can offer various bedroom furniture and hotel furniture, and we accept mix-container order. 

Q:  Which service do you offer? 
A:  1.  We also offer packing and shipping service, include of Packing, Antique Inspection, Container Booking, Container Loading, Inland Transportation, Fumigation, Custom Clearance, Documentation, Documents Delivering by UPS, Or DHL, Insurance (optional w / extra charge), You could just wait at home for your furniture.
Tip: Normally we do not handling the custom clearance in the destination port nor the shipping from the destination port to door. It is cheaper and easier for the buyer to hire a broker to handle this kind work in the port.
2. We could purchase other products that we do not manufacture in our factory, and we would add the fee which we have costed during purchase.

Q: May I custom-tailor a special furniture ?
A: Sure! We accept custom-made furniture for you. 

Q: How long will you need to finish the order?
A: Generally, according to our producing situation and how big is your order, we need 4-8 weeks to finish your furniture order. Lead times can vary depending on weather conditions, logistics, customs and the time of year. We do all we can to meet your delivery deadlines, but we accept no responsibility for circumstances out of our control. Please allow an extra 7 days to 14 days for deliveries in the months of July, December and during Chinese New Year holiday. Our workers take at least a week holiday for Spring Festival in China. Please take all these into consideration. Placing your orders ahead of time is always a good idea.

Q: How long will our container take from the container loading to arriving destination port?
A: Normally, it will take about 20-25 days to west coast of American , 30-40 days to the base port of Europe or east coast of American. For other international customers, please contact us directly, and advise the nearest international port to you to enable us to give the correct time and sea freight quotations. Some furniture need to do the fumigation, that will increase the time about 7 days.

Q:  Which sea port are you going to use?
A: The sea port we usually used is Sanshan and Jiujiang in Foshan city, Guangdong Province, China. It is very convenience and near to us, just only 10 km far away from our factory. But also Huangpu port in Guangzhou is available too, and it is about 100km away. 

Q: What kind of price are you going to provide?
A: FOB or Ex-Work is the price can be provided. The ex-work price is cheaper than the FOB price, but the customer has to pay the handling fee separately per container. Normally we do not provide CIF price.

Q: What does handling fee mean?
A: Handling means the cost we need to do pay except the sea freight and cost of the merchandise, it includes inspection, packing, loading, inland transportation, custom clearance, fumigation, documentation, UPS... If the price condition is FOB, there will be not handling fee.

Q: What is the conditions of your quotation?
A: Per the requirements of customer, we can provide either FOB or Ex-factory price.

Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: Our website is our catalog with a large assortment of products and new items added regularly. Usually, We do not offer printed catalogs.

Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: Your personal information will only be used to process and ship your order. We will never give or sell your information to any third parties.

Q: Are finish colors accurate?
A: Due to variations in photography, monitors and lighting, we cannot guarantee that the finish of the order will be exactly as picture. Imperfections or variations in the grain, color or sheen may occur naturally in wood as well as the drying/tanning process of leather or fabric.

Q: What happen if I received some faulty products?
A: Our QC staffs inspect all furniture during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. We promise to replace any faulty products made during the production process.
